Marc Phillips - Founder & CEO
Marc Phillips is the Founder & CEO of SearchForecast which provides, search engine optimization, a keyword optimization and word analytics software platform
which empowers hundreds of organizations globally to manage keywords and content across their content in order to achieve higher rankings in search engines.
With over 20 years experience in online analytics, online advertising and search
engine techniques, Marc oversees the management of hundreds of global clients. Marc’s
previous online research company, APT Strategies was founded in 1993 and sold to
(NASDAQ: JUPM) in 1999.
Marc was a founding shareholder of Australia's leading affiliate company -
Commission Monster and initial shareholder of Viva9, acquired by
Blue Freeway Ltd in 2007.
With the video YouTube phenomena in 2006, Marc became a founding shareholder of Silicon Valley-based GlanceGuide Inc, an early pioneer of online video metrics firm which was acquired by The Nielsen Company (NYSE: NLSN). Read more at TechCrunch. His passion for travel and finding where locals go landed Marc as a shareholder of Localyte.com, an online travel community acquired by NileGuide Inc. in 2010.
Marc was the sole investor and hands on advisor to WebIP, leading the team who designed and architected the online brand management solution which manages over 25,000 domain names for 150 corporate clients. In 2014, NetNames Ltd. acquired WebIP.
Since 2011, Marc co-founded & serves as a Managing Partner for Arafura Ventures, a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm and serves on the Board of Directors for Contivio Inc.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Melbourne), has authored 6 books
inlcuding 'Successful eCommerce',
The World's Best Online Advertising Campaigns and 'Inside Silicon Valley: How the deals get done'. Marc lives and works in Palo Alto, California.

Andrew has extensive experience in the strategic and operational issues surrounding SEO. He has worked on some of the top brands on the Internet including: LATimes.com, NYDailyNews.com, NBC.com, Friendster.com, Cox Communications, Insider Pages and many more. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in the Internet.
Richard Andrus - VP, Client Services & Channels
Richard is responsible for furthering our partner strategy and making it easy for
partners to use and sell SearchForecast services. Richard has over 10 years product
management and sales experience at XO Communications and GTE Internetworking. Richard
has an MBA from Cal State East Bay.
Raymond Norwood - VP, Digital
Raymond started his career is Sales with Yellow Book USA. Ray was previously in
enterprise sales at One Commuications - the largest privately held Competitive Local
Exchange Carrier & XO Communications (NASDAQ: XOHO). Ray holds a BA in English
Literature from Arizona State University. Ray lives in New York.
Assaf Igell - VP,
Affiliate Marketing & Media
Assaf was previously an analyst at iGaming in Israel with over $1.5MM monthly ad-spend.
Assaf co-founded Syntryx Inc., a competitive intelligence search engine. Assaf manages
traffic of tens of millions of dollars across paid search, affiliates (CPA) and
social media. Assaf lives in San Francisco.
Riyaz Lakhani - VP, Technical Services.
After finishing his engineering in 1993, he went to England to pursue a diploma
in Business Management. Riyaz was a practice head at Cybage Softwares Pvt. Ltd,
where he handled the accounts of the EMEA region. He manages the offshore division
of Searchforecast India and handles a team of 15 engineers.
Hayleigh Stevens - Content Specialist & Writer
Hayleigh is a masterclass in writing for both B2C and B2B clients. From technical
whitepapers, website prose to blogs and social media posts, Hayleigh works in
developing persona's for clients and ensuring content roadmaps are balancing both
keywords that drive customer conversions while ensuring engaging content is maintained.
Mark Castro- VP, Analytics & Data Science
A self taught programmer by 13 years of age, Mark has the
unique ability to be creative while understanding structured data, conversion
analytics and attribution modeling. He works across SearchForecast clients
providing scripting of all conversion tags on platforms including Google
Tag Manager, Bing, Pinterest, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, eBay, Amazon and
Zak Khan - VP, WordPress & eCommerce Web Development
Having built over 150 wordpress and e-commerce websites for clients all over the world,
Zak is a full stack developer with expertise in WordPress themes, plugins, e-commerce
development and payment gateway integration including PayPal, Square and Stripe. Zak's
experience in database assembly and managing product feeds has been showcased to happy
SearchForecast clients since 2008.
Kent Ishill - Lead Designer
Kent's inspiration in design derives from analyzing website and application analytics,
reviewing user-testing and presenting a triangular model to clients that transposes design
beyond Photoshop. User led design capturing key metrics for success of page views,
lead generation or e-commerce sales is at the core of Kent's design mantra.
Cassandra Flaurez - Traffic Manager
Cassandra assists clients systematize processes for the paid, organic and social programs
SearchForecast builds. From establishing reporting from within Google Analytics, SalesForce,
HubSpot or generating insights from business intelligence platforms, Cassandra enables our
team to present actionable findings using her talented analytical skills.
Advisor to Drew Ianni - Alumni
Drew is currently the Chairman of the
Chief Digital Officer Global Forum (CDX), a conference technology innovation. From 2007 to 2010,
Drew Ianni was Global Conference Chair of ad:tech and was previously CEO of @mosphere,
BBDO's digital marketing division. Drew was previously an Equity Analyst at Lazard
Freres & Co and an online advertising analyst at Jupiter Research in New York. Drew lives in New York City.
